Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • In some cases, additional processing time may be required for larger orders or special requests.

We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • Free Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Freight Shipping (for bulk orders): Delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

SP Liquidation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.

Product Sizing Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the liquidation business, comforters and other products may vary slightly in size, potentially being a couple of inches shorter than standard dimensions. This variation does not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to our support team within 3 days of delivery.
